2020 has been a difficult year for most small business and Undra Celeste New York has not been any different. Although we received a record number of new customers and traffic, internally we have had to make some necessary changes to make our business better overall. One of our most prominent challenges was our delivery times. It's never our intent to have our customers wait weeks to receive their order. Internally, this was a struggle and we have proudly made the following changes: 

- All items on our website WILL SHIP WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OR SOONER.

- All packages will include return instructions 

- All refunds will process within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of returned goods. 

- RUNWAY custom items will ship in 4 weeks pending we've received the completed sizing questionnaire.

We have made these necessary changes to rebuild trust and make our customer experience top of class for our business stage.
