What is the Holiday Return Policy

Any purchases made between November 30th and December 30th will have 40 days to return for a full refund. 

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay allows you to shop our entire website and purchase in 4 easy installment payments. Start by adding items to your carts. Installment payments are listed on the product pages. Then select Afterpay at checkout. Next, you'll want to log-in or create an Afterpay account. You purchase will be split in for 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks. Are sale items final sale?

Sale priced items can be returned for store credit only. Store credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card and do not expire. 

What is the difference between marked down sale items and promotional sale items?

Marked down sales items are items that are permanently reduced in price and will remain on our Sale page. Promotional sales coincide with an event (Black Friday, Birthday promos etc). 

What is the return policy? 

You can return any full-priced, unworn item purchased on Undracelesteny.com within 14-days of  receipt for a full refund. This also includes items purchased during a sales event (Black Friday Sales, Birthday promos etc.) Marked down items can be returned for store credit within 14-days of receipt. How can I change or cancel an order?

We are unable to make any changes, or cancellations to an order once it’s been placed. If you feel the order has been placed in error please email our customer service with your order number at info@undracelesteny.com

What is your price adjustment policy?

Undra Celeste New York does not do price adjustments for orders that have been placed on our website. Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

Does Undracelesteny.com ship internationally?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally. However, please visit our 3rd party retailer www.wolfandbadger.com for Undra Celeste New York items that can be shipped worldwide.

Do you take phone orders?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take phone orders.

How much is shipping in the United States?

Undra Celeste New York is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping throughout the continental US via USPS and UPS on all purchases over $100. For order under $100 standard ground shipping is $12. Our masks has standard shipping for $5. You may expedite your order to 2-day shipping for $20. We are unable to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.

I did not receive an item that I ordered, what happens now?

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. For any missing or delayed items please contact us immediately with your order number at info@undracelesteny.com

What is a ‘Pre-Order’ and when can I expect it to ship?

Items that display ‘Pre-Order’ on their product page are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. Please refer to the item description for exact shipping date estimations.

Which forms of payment does Undracelesteny.com accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay.

How can I check the status on my order?

If you have an Undracelesteny.com account you can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or by contacting us at info@undracelesteny.com.

How do I redeem a promotional code?

When placing your order, type in the code in the promotional code box on the checkout page and click submit. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary and then click purchase now. Multiple promotion codes cannot be applied towards an order. Promotion codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or retroactively applied to orders that are already placed.

How do I receive Undra Celeste New York promotions or special offers?

Where can I find Undra Celeste New York in stores?

Currently the only way to shop Undra Celeste New York is via our website, www.undracelesteny.com or our only 3rd party retailer www.wolfandbager.com. We are currently looking to expand into physical stores in 2021, sign up to our email list to be alerted. 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Customer accounts are not required for placing an order. However, register with us and you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, request a return directly from your account, save your address and payment details.

I’ve forgotten my password-What should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' prompt on the Sign In page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Do you sell extended sizes?

As an emerging brand we are limited in the sizes we can offer. Currently most of our items are sized S, M, L and XL. Items sold on our RUNWAY collection are made-to-order. You can view our fit chart here.

Where are your pieces made?

Undra Celeste New York is mostly made in New York by a woman owned factory in the garment district. Our coveted knits and sweaters are made in China. Our goal is to always keep the majority of our collections made in the USA.   

How is Undra Celeste New York staying committed to sustainability?

As an emerging brand most of what we do is sustainable by default. However as we grow we are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint and always keeping sustainability top of mind. You can read our full sustainability message here.

How does the RUNWAY made-to-order work?

RUNWAY made-to-order is a way for customers to attain the special items we feature during New York Fashion Week. Here is how it works: 

Place an order for the item by selecting the size that is closest to your size. Once your order is placed you will receive an email with a Google survey requesting your specific measurements. Complete the survey and we will get to work creating your special item. Items take about 14-20 days to complete. RUNWAY items cannot be refunded. You are able to exchange for store credit.
