Refund policy

In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped with your Return Form. Sale-priced items can be returned for store credit only. Store credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card and do not expire.

Return forms with the return address will be enclosed in your order. If you did not receive a return form please email us at info@undracelesteny.com. 

Due to the growing nature of our business, we are unable to provide free return labels. 

Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

If you would like to exchange your order, we offer store credit which will allow you to process an exchange by placing a new order on our website.
